The New Students Send-off is the most important summer event hosted by the Cornell Alumni Association of Taiwan (CAAT). This is a concerted effort by both the Taiwan local alumni and Ithaca-based student organizations to welcome our new Cornell constituents. This year, we have invited our big brother Rick Tsai to share his Cornell experience with us all.
