Lunch Lecture: Global Identity and Leadership Effectiveness in Multicultural Teams

Cornell SC Johnson College of Business Academic Dean of China Initiative Ya-Ru Chen is visiting Taiwan. Originally from Taiwan and also a graduate of Columbia University, Dr. Chen has come a long way to be the esteemed dean of Cornell. Cornell Alumni Association of Taiwan(CAAT) is happy to join hands with Columbia Alumni Club of Taiwan to host this lunch-lecture event. Both Alumni Clubs are currently chaired by individuals with multicultural background. Indeed, with the increasing trend of multicultural new students and graduates who will work in multi-cultural work environment, there is certainly a demand for a talk and discussion on the topic. In addition, Dean Chen wil also give an overview of the Cornell-Tsinghua FMBA program and the Cornell-Peking MMH/MBA program.
